here to post again. just now went to school for training. the school bought for us weights. and we did use it. when you wear it for the first time, it was damn heavy but no choice, want to be better have to do this. then after awhile of those lay-ups, and i left with two more shots to finish, i took out the weight and finish my last two lay-ups. when i took it out, i was like floating in the air lors and while i let my ball into the net, i was like flying. ahahas. that feeling was damn nice. wow!! think that next time every training i'm gonna use those weights, 2in1, can train our legs and our speeds. after doing our lay-ups, rest for awhile and then playes 1on1. and lindy was making funny actions and faces to make us laugh. and i like the way lindy plays basketball its damn nice. after that, we played two 5on5 matches and we won those two times. not because we are good but because lindy and shuying was with our juniors and juniors have to learn too. after training, dys and me have to keep those weights and have to pack then probably and put it back to the rooms.and those weights was damn damn heavy when its was together. and we were making funny noises while we were putting it back. finishing all those stuffs, tooks our things and bus down to ubi to buy dys thingys, then she accompany me to the bus stop and we two walked home.
